H2O-job focusses exclusivly on the water market in the Netherlands and abroad. H2O-job has jobs on HBO- and WO-level with government organisations, enigineering companies and research organizations. For this customer we are looking for a Salesmanager Waste Water.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Distribution for market distribution and all aspects of water/wastewater design
- Development client liaison, business development and management of technical design develop the business plans, forecasts, budgets initiate and cultivate relationship with new target organizations, create and deliver sales presentations
- Drive business performance by contributing strategic and tactical professional experience, knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, chemical or environment engineering
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales, business development, product management, marketing or technical consultancy in the WWT industry.
- Prior water/wastewater industry experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-start, problem solver, creative, persuasive and team player
- Proficient with Microsoft office software application
- Excellent knowledge of sales and practices and processes for new business generation using sales and marketing strategy and tactics
- Travel is required within Europe
- luency in (technical) English and Dutch language required.
